Shipping

In order to receive Free Shipping, orders must be greater than $150.00 before tax.  Free Shipping does not apply to express orders or for orders outside of the Continental United States. Orders under $150 will be charged at a flat rate of $9.75.

We currently ship only to destinations in the United States. We will soon be offering service to Canada and other International sites.

We estimate shipping to take 10-14 business days with personalized orders taking an additional 5 days.  Some unique items that are sourced internationally may take additional time. 

Products and Pricing: 

Prior to all packages being shipped out, PlatinumGoodies reviews all orders to ensure accuracy of the products being sold and the pricing associated with them.  If PlatinumGoodies notices an error, the company has the right to correct them.  The Company shall notify the customer when and if an error is found.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund.(Unfortunately, personalized orders can not be returned) We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of any follow-up paper work. You will be refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
